Noise: as the location is central you might experience some noise from the street during the day, hotel nearby has DJ music on Saturdays.

Great location in Playa Pelada, close to everything, 500 mts to beach, 4 min drive to Guiones, 15 min to Ostional and many wonderful beaches around. Well equipped kitchen, a/c in every room, tv cable (smart tv), wifi 200 Mbps, shared natural stone pool and rancho bbq, private parking. Close to El Chivo, La Luna, La Bodega, Il Pepperoni and Olgas.

Great Location! Walking distance to the beach Ut 3 White Picket Fence is a 2-minute walk to the best surf breaks on Playa Guiones - we're in the heart of it all. A few things make this town special: it's world-renowned for surfing and yoga, has a small-town feel, and the beaches are protected natural reserves. So the beaches are unlike any other - primitive, untouched, and the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see.

New! Modern Studio - steps from the beach!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Studio is at the same property where I live, however it’s private and it has all you need for a comfortable stay. It has a small but very functional full kitchen, everything was thought of. Enjoy this beautiful designed space close to 3 different beaches, Playa Guiones, Pelada and Nosara Beach. The Studio is located next to the Wildlife Refuge. Pura vida!
