The Treehouse @ 10 Park Place

Welcome to The Treehouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom loft apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV - or enjoy a book in the lofted reading nook. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Downtown is only a short stroll away.

There are two outdoor areas to enjoy in the front and back of the house. The location is walking distance to Beekman street arts district and Broadway downtown Saratoga Springs. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

We provide snowshoes for our guests to explore the property, as well as private fire pit right outside the cabin! Enjoy the private half mile walking trail steps away from the cabin! Excellent for snowshoeing in the winter! Lapland Lake Nordic Ski center - 10 minutes away! Oak mountain - 20 minutes Gore mountain -35 minutes
