Welcome to our home! This English basement unit has its own separate entrance with keyless code entry. We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. Sunny and quiet basement apartment that is approximately 500 square feet, and a private entrance. We live up stairs, but you will have privacy once you have checked in. The apartment is about 1.3 miles from the University of Maryland, seven miles from DC, a short walk to Metro and other public transportation. Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
