Welcome to our home! This English basement unit has its own separate entrance with keyless code entry. We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

Come to DC to work or play but stay here to relax. DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This private 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit has a full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry machines, desk/workspace, dining table, and small porch with table and chairs for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail surrounded by trees. Walkable to restaurants and public transit for exploring all of DC. Bus stop next door. Free parking in the driveway. Near Catholic University.

Stay in the heart of DC at our private 1BR/1BA apartment! This recently renovated unit covers the entire first floor of a rowhouse and can fit up to four guests with a queen bed and queen air mattress. It also has outdoor space shared with the upstairs unit! Our walkable neighborhood is close to so many great areas: - 3 blocks from Union Market - 3 blocks from H Street NE - 5 blocks from the NoMa Metro - 9 blocks from Union Station - 15 blocks from the US Capitol

Roomy 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We are a 1/2 block from major bus lines to the Rhode Island metro. We have off street parking for 2 cars as well. This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!

Live like a DC native while enjoying a QUIET ambiance of an upscale hotel! The amenity filled Azalea Suite offers comfort and convenience, with private entry, new spa bathroom, kitchenette, Roku smartTV, Alexa Echo dot, high speed Wi-Fi, workspace, and W/D. Enjoy access to a beautiful backyard oasis from 9am-10pm for a relaxing soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi (an extra $50 fee, charged separately after booking), lounge on the comfy patio furniture near the firepit, or grill out.

Our place is close to everything you need: -4 blocks to the trendy Union Market (lots of restaurants!) -3 blocks to Whole Foods -12 min walk to Union Station -20 min walk to Cap Hill -1/2 block to Cap Bike Share Note: As of March 2025, a new school is being built behind our house so there is construction noise from 7 AM-4 PM weekdays.

We are a quick bike ride, taxi, or rideshare away to Capitol Hill, the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, the convention center, and downtown Washington, DC.
