9 blocks from the metro and a brand new Trader Joe’s, this private entrance basement, separated from the upstairs, is located in a quite, tree lined, neighborhood with restaurants, bars and breweries. The BNB features a full kitchen for home cooked meals, washer/dryer, desk for working, and private outside patio for enjoying the weather. Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

Union Market Garden Apartment

Just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the Capitol and National Mall. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, full private kitchen, laundry, queen bed and fold out couch, private entry/bathroom. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.
