Welcome to our home! This English basement unit has its own separate entrance with keyless code entry. We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

DC Treehouse - Charming, private 1-bdrm ADU in DC

Come to DC to work or play but stay here to relax. DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This private 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit has a full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry machines, desk/workspace, dining table, and small porch with table and chairs for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail surrounded by trees. We're hosts focused on hospitality, join us!

Rent a bike from Capital Bikeshare and hop on the nearby Metropolitan Bike Trail. At night, relax with a glass of wine around a cozy fire pit table on our cobblestone patio.

Beautifully remodeled modern apartment with fresh appliances and furniture, runs on clean energy, & a short walk to D.C.'s best attractions: The U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, Union Station, National Mall & Smithsonian museums. You’ll love the historic walkable neighborhood and proximity to restaurants, cafes, parks, nightlife, Eastern Market and public transportation. This is a private basement apartment, I live in the home upstairs. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Union Market Garden Apartment

Located just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro Station and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the US Capitol and National Mall and all of the Museums. The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, private full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, queen bed and fold out couch. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.

Enjoy access to a beautiful backyard oasis from 9am-10pm for a relaxing soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi (an extra $50 fee, charged separately after booking), lounge on the comfy patio furniture near the firepit, or grill out.
