Was a very nice appartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great was the possibility to wash our clothes. The neighborhood is great and we did all by foot. Also if the weather fits the garden is a big bonus. 👍🏻

We enjoyed staying here! Location was perfect, the property was clean. And as far as the space I felt like it provided ample amount of room, considering it was in the city! We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Philadelphia.

Joseph was a great host. He was easy to reach and responded quickly. The Airbnb was in great shape and easy to access. Highly recommend Joseph as a host.

Stayed here for a week. Easy to find and easy to get into the city via bus or bike. The only issue I had was having to search for parking every night. The parking area is only for residents. Road parking looked a little unsafe and some nights you’ll need to drive around to find a spot.

Binosh was very responsive and nice. The apartment itself was nice and looked like the pictures. Overall great stay!!!

Amazing historic building in a very historic part of Philly. The garage was a lifesaver as we had a pretty big suv and were working during the day and needed a place to park it. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor , walls are thick... bed was comfy ... it was great !

Fijne locatie waarbij je op loopafstand van het centrum bent. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig dakterras met een heel mooi uitzicht.

I loved the house. we came in from Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed at this one of a kind gem. I like how there's so much to do around and the home felt exclusive. Be prepared to do some climbing up and down the stairs. overall a great place. The art outside was a plus. 10 out of 10

Five stars! Our family had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was very clean and true to the pictures. The house is in a great area with a very walkable neighborhood and a short drive away from everything else needed. Evelyn was very responsive and extremely friendly. Would stay again when we’re back in the area!

This is by far the BEST Airbnb I have stayed in—and I’ve stayed in quite a few! Truly one of a kind and I am already wanting to vacation in the area again so I can stay here! The kitchen is well laid out, the sunken living room is so cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for our needs, and the outdoor space. Wow! By far the best outdoor space I’ve ever seen—it was so relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the calm, the sound of the water feature, the beauty of the flowers and trees. This house was everything and more. Plus Connie was a fabulous host, very responsive, and made delicious chocolate chip cookies! Her attention to detail was apparent with the fresh flowers and hand written notes. I knew this place was going to be good after reading the reviews—I just didn’t realize how amazing and beyond my expectations. This is the place to stay at if you want to explore the Philly area but don’t want to be in the heart of the city.

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

Irina's place was lovely, quiet, and clean. New appliances. New refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Modern heating, A/C. Restaurants within .5 to 5 min walk. She responded within minutes. Would stay again!!

Good value stay which had what we needed for a quick stop in Philadelphia. Easy access to the city centre and Matthew was communicative throughout. Would recommend to a group staying in the city.

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
