Chipping Norton has great transport links with regular bus services to Woodstock, Oxford, Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon. There are train stations in two nearby villages, Kingham and Charlbury, both with direct train links to London.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note') or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

This cosy luxurious self contained oak frame cabin offers the perfect peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. Listen out and you may hear the owls at night. Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, this is perfect for outdoor lovers but equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles down the road, the popular market town of Berkhamsted is offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special treat out. The cabin offers comfortable, spacious living with King size bed.

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).
