This stylish condo located in downtown Utica is the perfect space for group trips or families. Layout includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master with its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin cot. The upstairs living room has a pullout sofa with a queen mattress. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook during your stay.

While no animals are allowed, there is a full size washer & dryer, 2 TVs, the full-size bed, kitchen supplied with basics & central air/heat with the expectation you’ll adjust it when not home. You have a front deck with cushioned chairs seasonally. Very limited WiFi-no streaming, pets live on property. *NON-SMOKING*NO PARTIES*NO ANIMALS
