Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage with NEW Kitchen and NEW bathroom (completed April 2026) in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. Beach chairs, umbrella and smiles!

This spacious newly renovated home‘s 120 feet of waterfront overlooks the Ashamomuck pond, the largest inlet of Shelter Bay. With 180 degree views from the wall of South west facing windows and wide wrap around deck, enjoy the tranquil panorama and awesome sunsets from living rooms, gardens or master bedroom suite. Designed for the extended family, from children to great grand parents, and even the family dog, it is handicapped accessible with extra wide doorways and ramps to the outside.

Cheerful 3 Bedroom Cottage with Fire Place

The first and Third week of August are stiil available! Enjoy the solitude of the beach as the tide ebbs & flows. Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Enjoy strolls on the beach located just out the back door or a sunset meal on the back porch. This wonderful cottage offers everything you will need during your stay. Including, comfortable beds, beach strolls and a bright upgraded kitchen with many amenities. The 3 bedrooms will fit up to 8 people comfortably.

Waterfront Round House View

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.

Experience an unforgettable trip in the Hamptons at our waterfront haven! Savor the views and sunset from our spacious deck. Vaulted ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light. Brand new Weber Grill (2025). We have completed renovations of 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and the entire pool house over the last 18 months. Our home is <10 minutes drive to the beach, groceries, and restaurants! Our pool will open May 23, 2026 and close on Labor Day.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Walk to Breakwater Beach in Heart of Wine Country

Private and peaceful cottage walking distance to Breakwater Beach and Old Mill Inn Restaurant on the water opening Spring 2025. There are two large decks to relax by the firepit and drink your wine from the local wineries. Bikes, kayak, and paddle board are stored in the barn for guests use. Easy access to the marina, fishing, fine dining, vineyards, and farm stands.

7 Minutes from 126th US Golf Open

This cottage has high ceilings, is bright and airy, has a wrap around deck with a great overhang for hanging out in the shade or sun. You can not see a neighbor. It has been described as “an adult tree house.” Just a fun and relaxing place to be. It is on over an acre of rustic property. Perfect for watching wildlife.
