Welcome to The Lofts at Kearny - industrial-chic 1BR lofts just minutes from NYC, thoughtfully designed for longer stays. With high ceilings, exposed brick, and an open layout, the space offers classic loft character with modern comfort. Ideal for remote work or extended visits, it’s pet-friendly and equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a shared BBQ patio, fitness center, and free parking. Located in a quiet New Jersey neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful living and easy NY access.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
