Cabin on the Lake

Private cabin sitting on an island over its own lake the ideal place to stay amongst nature and unwind in 10 acres. Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Stay at North Hole Farm Holidays in one of two adults only shepherds huts on our farm. With wood-fired hot tub, wet room and kitchenette, situated by a stream, on a farm near Croyde, with field views of our alpacas. Perfect for mini-moons, anniversaries, birthdays or breaks away from the pressures of work or city life. This is glamping at its best, with underfloor heating, log burner, wood fired hot tub & sun loungers. Our location is central to surfing beaches, pretty villages + coast path.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Central to explore N.Devon & easy access within half hour to many outstanding beaches, stunning SW coastal path & beautiful Exmoor National Park. Plenty of room to park 2 cars for that romantic rendezvous!

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Barn has 3 floors with bedrooms ground floor and top floor with a huge open plan dining / lounge area with a huge kitchen leading off the lounge. Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and top floor bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. There is parking for two or more cars. 10 minutes from Barnstaple in the stunning countryside. Barn (1) - The Threshing Barn (4 bedroom) is next door and available to rent

Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Red Oaks

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.
