Lewis Farm Retreat

We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda w/ outside seating, hammocks, stone front porch, sun room/art nook, a barn, horses, cats, and a neighbor dog that might come say hi. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, it's equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike the picturesque 80 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands. SECOND BATHROOM ADDED!

The Beach House

Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT!!! Definitely can’t depend on it. Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Luxury Apartment in Downtown Lapeer

This luxury apartment is unlike any other property in Mid Michigan. This space is located above Downtown Lapeer's top rated restaurant and is known for its BBQ . This apartment has a private entrance and offers high ceilings, lots of natural and recessed lighting, a full kitchen and laundry room. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is nextdoor to the second bathroom and has a beautiful sky light. The third bedroom is a loft that has a queen bed and a pull out couch.

We are just minutes from many wedding venues, Ascension Hospital, Pine Knob & Mt Holly, music venues, and shopping.

Frankenmuth Country Getaway

Modern home with backyard chickens. 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Coffee and breakfast bread included. No pets, please.

Enjoy a fully functional kitchen, reclining couch, 70” TV and WIFI and a queen size bed. Come enjoy a stay at the Luxury Barn.

Now dog friendly! Relax in your own quiet, comfortable guest suite. This lower level private space has a keyless entry for self check-in and is accessible by a set of stairs adjacent to your dedicated parking spot. The comfortable bedroom has a queen sized bed. A kitchenette and generous sized living area offer everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Unwind on our new secluded patio. Take advantage of the inviting hot tub, ideal for a relaxing evening.

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
