Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Harbour Hideaway

Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

It is in an elevated position and catches the sea breezes with its own entrance and large private deck & courtyard. Street parking is available in quiet cul de sac. Comfortable queen beds in spacious bedrooms, separate living/dining room, bathroom and kitchenette with induction cooktop, with laundry available for guest use.

With beautiful Native Bush on one side of the road and quiet harbour side beaches at the end of the street this is a lovely location to base yourself in when exploring all that Sydney has to offer. With your private entrance from the street welcome to your Sydney Harbourside Cottage. The cottage has been set up as Sustainable Holiday Accommodation

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk 2 minutes for a refreshing morning swim. Live like a local and enjoy strolling around for great coffee and breakfast. Head to the Wharf Bar for a drink and watch the sunset before dinner. Enjoy dinner at one of the many Manly eateries . A short flat walk to the city ferry. Head to Shelley Beach for a snorkel. There’s lots of ways to relax and take a break from a busy life.

Manly Vale is the answer when you need to escape from the busy city. This centrally located retreat offers you comfort and convenience away from home, nestled in the bushland surrounding Manly Dam.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update from September 2025 - The house next door is starting a knockdown/ rebuild so the studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.)
