West-facing balcony perfect for lounging in the sun and by the waterways vibrant with recreational water activities. Nordhavn has restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets plus a public swimming zone and rooftop fitness nearby.

Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

The studio is 39 m2, and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a small space for eating as well as a sunny balcony with a nice view to a green courtyard. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Located in the middle of inner Noerrebro very close to the lakes, the apartment could not be more central - very cozy neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and vintage stores. Ideally suited for couples on vacation or smaller family trips. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which you are more than welcome to use, and despite the central location it is quiet at night. We can accommodate up to three visitors upon request.

Large flat in historical building with lots of antique quaint features and upcycled carpenter work. If you are into sleek new scandinavian style - this place is not for you. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
