Das Ferienhaus "Casa Buenavida" liegt in einem ruhigen Teil der Siedlung Cala Santanyi nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und bietet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern und einem grossen Wohn- Essbereich mit offener Küche genug Platz für 4 Personen. Rund ums Haus bieten verschiedene Terrassen Platz zum Erholen und Sonnen baden. Hinterm Haus ist eine Terrasse mit einem Grill für gemütliche BBQ-Abende. Highlight ist die ca 80m2 grosse gemuetliche Dachterrasse.

The villa is located in an upscale, quiet and friendly neighborhood called Son Toni - 10 minutes from Pollenca and 15 minutes from Alcudia´s old town.

Maison avec vue superbe sur la baie.

Maison indépendante avec vue directe sur la mer et la montagne. A proximité du vieux village de pêcheurs des plages et du port, vous trouverez restaurants et cafés et divers commerces. De nombreuses promenades balisées (GR) vont vous faire découvrir des paysages inoubliables. La ville de Palma est desservie par bus au départ de Puerto de Soller. (40'). Les orangers, citronniers, amandiers, oliviers sont parsemés dans cette vallée d'or. C'est un endroit magique et hors du temps.

Family Villa in Pollensa countryside, with pool

The house is on one floor, and it has 3 bedrooms (2 double single bedroom and 1 master bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub), for 6 people. The front side of the house is covered with a beautiful and spacious porch with arches. The villa also has a beautiful garden with private pool, a barbecue and some terrace furniture, to enjoy the wonderful weahter in Mallorca. At 5 minutes from the beach by car, and just 3 km to Pollensa town.
