Welcome to the Historic Morgue! An eerie ambience greets you upon arrival..the history runs deep for this building. This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

This unique place has a style all its own. Start with the perfect location in central Nixa, close to everything. Then add beautiful rooms and decor that make you feel right at home in a place like no other. Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. The Riverbirch Treehouse is arguably the most unique stay in the Springfield area! The cabin is set 25ft up in the trees overlooking the James River below, conveniently located off S. Campbell between Springfield and Nixa. Super convenient location yet steps away from wilderness. Cabin offers a King suite with a kitchenette, unique "outdoor" shower, custom built and very unique, accessible via a slightly steep boardwalk...a short "climb" to your treehouse in the woods!

This basement rental with a private entrance is located in a quiet area in reach of Springfield, Branson and surrounding areas. The kitchenette area decorated in a Coca-Cola theme provides a bit of nostalgia, adding to the cozy feel of the space. We desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing local insights while also working hard to honor your privacy. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
