Quiet walkout suite in Country setting

This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in SW Springfield. Fenced backyard, pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails, tennis court. 3 bedrooms- 1 king size bed, 1 queen, 1 full and a sofa bed. Can sleep 8. 6 miles from Cox Medical Center 8 miles from Mercy Hospital 20 min to downtown 15 minutes to Bass Pro/Wonders of Wildlife 20 minutes to the Springfield airport-13 miles 40 min to Branson 21 min to Ozark Empire Fairground

Shadowood Suites - East

Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!

Entire home, central Nixa

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

This classy and cozy space will set your imagination free. The unique mix of modern and rustic blend beautifully in this fully equipped Barndominium. The private backyard offers incredible views and the sunsets are not to be missed. Cook in the well stocked kitchen. Get cozy to watch a movie on the smart TV. The King bedroom is spacious and provides an amazing nights sleep with a guest favorite mattress! There is a twin bed and couches in the main living room for more than 2 guests.

This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro. If you would like to bring a dog you MUST message me first for approval before booking.

1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

A touch of nostalgia and comfort

This basement rental with a private entrance is located in a quiet area in reach of Springfield, Branson and surrounding areas. The kitchenette area decorated in a Coca-Cola theme provides a bit of nostalgia, adding to the cozy feel of the space. We desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing local insights while also working hard to honor your privacy. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.

Charming 2 Bedroom in South Springfield

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 60's ranch home. Located in South Springfield, this charming house sits in a quiet neighborhood with frequent wildlife sightings. There is a lot of green space to enjoy the outdoors, as well as a 60'' TV and fast Wi-Fi if you'd rather stay in. All of the essentials are near by; groceries, gas, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Also, we're just 40 mins from Branson. We look forward to hosting you!
