Evimizde müstakil havuzunuza girip kuş sesleri ile dinlenin. Kızlan mahallesinde yer alan evlerimiz Akdeniz ve Ege denizinin tam ortasındadır. Akdenize 4 km, ege denizine 5 km, Datça Merkeze 5 km, Eski Datçaya 3 km. Market, manava, fırına uzaklığımız sadece 500 metre. 1 çift kişilik yatak 1 açılır kanepe ve asma katımızda 1 tek kişilik yatak mevcut.

Asterope Traditional House of Symi-Katoi

The Asterope House of Symi is a traditional, stone built spacious family house, clinging on the foot of a hillside, just 40 steps above the sea level. A delightfully quaint studio apartment located a short 2 minute walk from the beautiful Aegean sea. The apartment is equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette and bathroom with a standing shower. Directly in front of the studio stands a cosy small terrace area where you can sip your early morning coffee or late night ouzo and watch the world go by. Situated in a very friendly neighbourhood in the centre of Gialos/Symi, everything you need is conveniently within walking distance.

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
