Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. Stay in a private room with your own bathroom, conveniently located within walking distance from Woolworths grocery stores, Westfield Plenty Valley shopping centre, South Morang train station, a cute corner cafe, McDonald’s, KFC, and more. You can see kangaroos in the reserve close by. You will have access to a shared kitchen with myself only. There is free limited street parking out the front. Located close to all the winery’s ( don’t forget the chocolaterie ) that the Yarra Valley has to offer,this space is: -Perfect for a couple -Queen bed -Netflix and wifi -kitchen with basic essentials -working/office space -Clean,fresh bathroom - with some added essentials -Fresh new space -Separate from main house and quiet -Private -Fire pit- weather permitting -car parking -we have two dogs you may see them, they are very friendly. Our place is located in the area of Warrandyte State Park. It has 12 arces of private bushland, a great place to have an adventure in forest. Large deck offer a perfect hill view and opportunity to observe wild lives. 10 minutes walk to Jumping Creek Reserve and 8 minutes drive to Warrandyte town centre. Also close to Yarra Valley, can easily plan a one day trip to the wineries.
