Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances and a fast WiFi connection. Ideal for couples and families with kids. Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

The apartment is positioned in Dobrota, at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea line, forty minutes walk from the old town of Kotor along the coast, or just a few minutes by car.
