Come spend a relaxing getaway at this cozy cottage on 3 acres with Tennessee River frontage. This home is great for families with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy nature. This home is also one level making it easy to get around! There are hours of explorations to be had whether on land at nearby Prentice Cooper State Park, the Cumberland Trail, and "T-wall" Rock (considered the 4th best rock climbing location in the world) or on the water freshwater fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

Relaxing 1 bedroom cottage at Ketners Mill Arena

1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

While being just far enough away to enjoy the benefits of a quiet mountainous getaway, you're also 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN, where there is an abundance of amazing activities to partake in! Come stay in our favorite Gamekeeper's Hut at Fable Realm! The Keeper of Keys' Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage.
