This is an excellent and well-equipped apartment in the heart of Antibes old town. Stephane was an excellent host and met us at times that were very convenient for us for check in and check out. We appreciated the supply of coffee!

L'appartement était très agréable et bien situé. C'était un plaisir d'échanger avec Carla, de plus elle était très réactive. La résidence est calme et a proximité de la plage. Merci pour tout.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

We had a great stay in Nice. Brian was a very nice, friendly host. The location of the apartment is great, you can walk to the supermarket and transportation to the city in 3 minutes. The train station and the sea are also within walking distance. The equipment of the apartment was perfectly fine and it was very clean at the handover. We would come back again!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

The apartment is very centrally located (straight over the festival area, my mother even watched the processions and parades from the balcony). The flat is very clean and has everything you need. The pool we did not use, was too cold for it in February. The best thing was assistance by Lauriane, she was simply amazing, very professional, proactive, very responsive, positive and reliable, organized for us resident cards with which we were not blocked in going out into the restricted area down during parades time. I am very thankful we had her as our contact.

Klasse Unterkunft, sofort zu empfehlen. Alles sauber, sehr ruhig, traumhaft schöner Ausblick, super nette Vermieter. Ausstattung insgesamt war über dem Standard und super eingerichtet. Sauna und Waschmaschine haben wir benutzt, auch top. Vor allem sticht hervor, dass die Vermieter total nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Kommen gerne wieder

Résidence de standing dans parc arboré parfaitement entretenu et très beau! Bord de mer en avec accès quasi direct depuis la résidence. Située à 15 min à pied du centre ville de Cannes.( qqs minutes en bus avec très bonne déserte) Très bel appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre, avec une grande véranda ouvrable donnant sur la mer! Communication facile avec Alexandra. Accueil et présentation sur place , particulierement chaleureux par Marie Hélène. Disponible durant tout le séjour en cas de besoin. À proximité d’une voie ferrée en bordure de la résidence( pas gênante pr nous).

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

Superbe petit appartement, idéal pour une petite famille. L’appartement était impeccable. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Marie-Hélène qui est très sympathique. La résidence est très bien entretenue, la piscine intérieur, le sauna et le hammam sont super. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et l'emplacement est vraiment idéal : proximité de la mer, de la supérette et des rues piétonnes. Les prestations sont aussi à la hauteur : climatisation, piscine avec grande terrasse, grand parking privé, vue du balcon (mer et montagne). Ce séjour à Menton a vraiment été une réussite. Je recommande et je renouvellerai cette expérience !!!

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä, kodikas ja hyväkuntoinen. Aivan upeat näköalat. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Uima-allasalue oli siisti ja ylellinen. Taloyhtiön oma lenkkipolku, tenniskenttä, kuntosali ja sauna olivat kivat urheilevalle perheelle. Taloyhtiö hyvin rauhallinen. Tänne tullaan toistekin!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Quel bonheur d’avoir eu la chance de revenir en famille dans cette si belle maison ! Très lumineuse , décoration douce et soignée , cuisine hyper fonctionnelle , convivialité au rendez-vous pour les moments en famille autour de bons repas avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons adoré partir à pieds pour la randonnée au Baou. Et la découverte du charmant village de Saint-jeannet avec ses petites ruelles… point positif aussi pour les enfants : les jardins avec jeux à proximité !! C’était un merveilleux week-end ! À bientôt je l’espère 😊

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marion. La maison est très agréable, confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chats sont adorables et se sont montrés des précieux compagnons. Merci infiniment à Marion pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Parfaire adresse et parfaite hôtesse.

Ein absolut perfektes Haus für Familien! Großzügig geschnitten, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und einer wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders abends war es ein Traum – gemütlich am Feuerofen oder in der Sauna mit atemberaubendem Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Die Nachbarn waren unglaublich herzlich und wir hatten bereichernde Begegnungen, die unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Das absolute Highlight war aber das tägliche Treffen mit dem lieben Haushuhn, das mit seiner charmanten Art diesen Ort noch einzigartiger gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Maison très spacieuse, au calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine de bonne taille pour une grande famille et cerise sur le gâteau « réchauffable », ce qui est très agréable en début ou en fin de saison pour pouvoir en profiter.

Denne villaen gav oss akkurat den ferien vi ønsket. Huset ligger fredelig til i rolige omgivelser. Likevel er det super sentral beliggenhet. En meget god matbutikk ligger kun 2 minutter unna. Og gøy for oss var at Decathlon var kun 6 min unna. Villaen ligger sentralt mellom Cannes og Antibes som er flotte stedet å besøke. Og det er kjapt å komme seg til Nice. Villaen er koselig innredet, og passet supert for oss som er en familie på 5, med barn fra 11-20 år. Velutstyrt kjøkken, god plass og veldig fin eiendom. Elisabeth svarte veldig raskt og både inn- og utsjekking gikk enkelt og greit. Vi anbefaler stedet med glede.

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
