Welcome to Ronnie's town house. An ideal base to explore the amazing city of Rotorua and the wonderful attractions the city has to offer. Suitable for couples or groups of up to six people. Located close to the city center, within the quiet and friendly Glenholme area. Visitors to the house are supplied with a simple breakfast and premium tea & coffee. Parties are not allowed. Nightly rate is for first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $35/night. No refunds past the non cancellation period.

Time out on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest and sightseeing spots of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4; can sleep 6. Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable bed for 2 additional guests; Well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; Sliding stacker doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; evenings around the fire pit out the back. Bedding and towels provided. Lockable bike storage, washing machine and drying rack all available in the laundry.

Welcome to our humble oasis, located 10 minutes out of Rotorua in the small township of Ngongotaha. This comfy cottage offers one bedroom plus a sofa bed. The property is located two-minutes walk from lake Rotorua, so is the ideal spot for fishermen and people who enjoy water sports, such as kayaking.
