Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat
Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The house isn’t suitable for the infirm, children under 12 years old, or pets. An idyllic, countryside setting overlooking horses, deer & the occasional barn owl. 3 bedroom house with large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Air-conditioning in bedrooms one & two. 8ft American pool table & 65” TV with all major sports channels. Free EV charger & secure, off-road, gated parking for 6+ cars. Closest neighbour is 50 meters away. Several pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Spacious house beautifully appointed, offering excellent 4 bedroom accommodation 3 en suite with King Size beds. Free off street parking for 3-4 cars. Sympathetically converted stables, with lots of natural light, open beams and under floor heating. Large kitchen with Bosch appliances, secure fenced gardens at front and rear with seating and dining areas. Very close to Newmarket, 15 minutes from Cambridge Park and Ride Newmarket Rd, central location in the village. A peaceful place to stay

Barn Annexe in stunning tranquil setting
Located off a quiet country lane, this barn annexe is a great place to unwind in peaceful surroundings. The spacious enclosed garden has uninterrupted far reaching views of this wonderful constable countryside. There is an abundance of foot paths and wild life all around the property and only a 10 mins walk to the village of Hartest which has a great country pub. Close to market town of Bury St Edmunds and villages of Lavenham and Long Melford this is a perfect place to explore suffolk.
