Adorable home built in 1890 and renovated in 2019. Easy on/off from I-81, centrally located in New York- making it a great location to stay while visiting multiple colleges in one trip. Including SUNY Cortland, TC3 (~15min), Syracuse University(~30 min), Cornell (~30 min) & Ithaca College (~40 min) *Walking distance to: SUNY Cortland Downtown/Mainstreet Cortland Starbucks Several amazing local restaurants & a grocery store. Great local ski options including Greek Peak and Labrador Mtn.

3 Valley View Barn Top Floor

Consider staying at a barn for a unique experience. New babies born March 25, 24. Visit with the goats morning and night or visit them in the field. Watch them out the window in the morning or take your coffee outside on the deck. Living in the barn with all the conveniences of home. Full Amish kitchen with all appliances. Comfortable queen size bed. Amazing view in all seasons. We also have 3 rescue barn cats that will often greet you at arrival. Farm eggs for sale.

Nestled in a grove of Norwegian spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. Private 1 bedroom apartment attached to our country home on 33 wooded acres. Full kitchen and bathroom, private parking and patio with beautiful views of Ithaca and the countyside. Only 15 min to downtown Ithaca, Buttermilk Falls and Robert Treman St. Park. Spectacular Taughannock Falls, Watkins Glen and Corning Glass Museum 20-30 minutes. Easy access to many wineries and breweries and all the wonderful attractions the Finger Lakes have to offer!
