The Del—Remodeled Mid-Century Retreat in East Charlotte

Stream a favorite movie on a 42" HDTV while cooking in a kitchen with custom wood and granite countertops. A laptop-friendly workstation is also to hand, plus 3 additional Smart TVs elsewhere. The bathroom features Carrara marble and white subway tiles. Enjoy our newly remodeled home’s open floor plan, privacy-fenced back yard, covered porch, patio, private parking, and all its modern amenities. Take advantage of convenient access to the Greenway, or settle in for a movie on one of 3 HD smart TVs. You can stream your favorite movies while cooking dinner in our well-appointed kitchen, or take advantage of close proximity to Charlotte’s best Vietnamese restaurant, Lang Van. Easy check-in using the keypad. Available by phone, text, email, or Ring doorbell. Check the host's book for recommendations of places to eat, with plenty to choose from in NoDa and Plaza-Midwood, each about 3 miles away. Recharge at the coffee bar or walk around our quiet, friendly neighborhood. Whip up a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen or take a short drive to a plethora of restaurants. End your day with a soothing bubble bath and a restful night on our memory foam mattresses.

Villa Heights Hideaway

Our studio guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. *This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Our property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

It is near Downtown Charlotte, PNC pavilion, University Hospital, Concord Speedway, and Concord Mills. 3 beds 2 baths 50”, 40”,40”smart TVs. The driveway is wide for numerous cars. I have a total of 2 cameras installed around the listing: 1 points down the exterior of the driveway. 1 over the front door - recording 24/7 during reservation.

Colorful, unique and private guest suite. Approximately 750 sq feet. There is a huge bathroom with cast iron claw foot tub and walk in shower. A large sectional sofa and settee allow plenty of seating in the living room. The wet bar has a sink, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bedroom has a king bed (2 twin mattresses together), desk, closets and dresser.
