Lodging includes a deck with built-in grill overlooking the trees and wildlife where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or a private BBQ. Located less than 15 minutes from area attractions including Mid-Ohio Racetrack, Mansfield's historic downtown, Shawshank prison, and restaurants and nightlife.

Cottage by the Reservoir

Our Cozy Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers modern amenities such as 3 flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, keyless entry. Large eat-in kitchen, a sizable bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a queen size sofa bed, and a den area with a full-size sofa bed. The den area has wireless headphones to allow private TV viewing and/or gaming. Relax on our huge deck, enjoy the sunshine and nature. Or take a nice walk to the reservoir/campground or Millstone Hills Golf Course.

Summer has arrived, and it is one of the prettiest times of the year at Erinwood Farms which is located in the Ohio countryside, just 30 miles from Cedar Point You will be staying in our new Barn, which features a queen bed and two pull-out beds, a kitchenette, and coffee machine. Whether you're seeking a serene country getaway or a peaceful spot to recharge after exploring nearby tourist attractions, Erinwood is the perfect destination for you!

Located in the small village of Mifflin, our cottage is the perfect getaway for couples. Enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard, build a fire in the fire pit and kick back and let the stress melt away. The kitchen is stocked with everything to make your own meals. And if you need a break from cooking check out the local restaurants within walking distance from the cottage! Located only a mile from the public beach and boat launch at Charles Mill Lake and 20 minutes to Mohican State Park.

Private Rochester Home

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to getaway, visit family, or stay while on business in the area. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
