Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Also full use of the field directly opposite the annex

The Studio; self contained guest house with garden

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

A five minute drive to the center of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

Yaverland barn is a cosy self contained annex room with ensuite shower and kitchenette. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Tiptoe within the beautiful and picturesque New Forest. With its own entrance and space for parking, guests can guarantee a comfortable stay and enjoy watching our miniature Shetland pony and chickens. The room has a kingsized bed plus large futon bed. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.
