Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

This updated 3-bedroom Mid-Century home is pet-free, non-smoking and open to guests age 13 and older. It is 3 blocks north of Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital-IU East and 2.5 miles from the Wayne County Fairgrounds. Built in 1958, it sleeps up to 5. It has a gas fireplace, deep soaking tub, laundry facilities and one-level interior. Across the street are a wooded park with rentable shelters, playground and basketball court.
