On the ground floor you'll find a lovely kitchen and dining room and utility room, a games room and a living room. The six bedrooms and three bathrooms are arranged over the first and second floors with a bonus of a crows nest sitting room on the 3rd floor. The views get better the higher you go! Our favourite view must be the one from the copper freestanding bath, through the bedroom and over the bay, sublime. You'll find touches of luxury inside but this fine house is also beautifully practica

We are located on the outskirts of the village, with the coast minutes away, making it a great location for water sports, walking, biking, horse riding and general exploring.

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Welcome ‘Grisiau’r Afon’ (The River Steps). It’s a cosy cottage (two up and two down), featuring a large sheltered decked terraces with views over the river valley to the rear. Ideally located in the heart of the most northerly seaside village in wales. The property has easy access to the coastal path, beaches and wider area. When calendar availability allows, we’re happy to consider reduced‑rate extra nights so you can enjoy a more relaxed check‑in, check‑out, or both.

We are just 4 miles from the nearest beach at Cemaes Bay and close to the Cemlyn nature reserve renowned for bird watching,seal and porpoise spotting.
