A rural bolthole in a converted barn - comfort and style with just a nod to luxury. Part of a small cluster of outbuildings behind our home, surrounded by 14 acres of fields. Designed for year round use with lovely outside spaces for summer and a cosy interior and wood-burning stove for colder months. Totally self-contained, secluded, and away from the coastal crowds, but just 10 mins Bridport & beach. Attention to every detail to give you everything you want, but nothing you don't need.

The cottage has an open plan kitchen/sitting room with French windows that open out onto a private stone patio & large shared garden. There are a number of wonderful walks for you to explore from the cottage & the famous Jurassic Coast is just a 20 minute drive away. We also have a number of wonderful pubs and restaurants to enjoy

The outer kitchen has a wood burning stove, no extra charges for wood, coal & fire lighters. There’s a double gas hob & BBQ. Kitchen sink with hot water. Toilet. Indoor hot shower. Large towels provided. Table & chairs. Inside the cabin there is heating for chilly evenings. Cozy up on the comfy love chair. Or sit on the decking to star gaze.

Recently renovated, this Grade II listed Barn was originally a grain store and is now a one bedroom, comfortable and cosy retreat set in the heart of Beaminster, a small picturesque town nestled in a natural valley in stunning West Dorset, close to the Jurassic coast. The Barn is very close to all the shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes of Beaminster as well as some of Dorset's best walks, National Trust sites, Jurassic Coast beaches and weekend markets.
