The accommodation is a privately accessed self contained studio space in the basement of a family home. The Studio opens onto a south facing garden with mature trees. There is a covered patio space. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and parking is available on street. Nether Edge is a pleasant suburb less than 3 miles from the city centre which has good local cafes, shops and pubs. It is well served by public transport with buses into town and out into the Peak District of Derbyshire.

Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
