Stone Cottage - Private Retreat!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a stone cottage? This unique property has great history. It was built as a one room school house in 1836 and was active until 1914. Great studio living, with living room, bedroom, and dining area all combined in one large great room. Original exposed chestnut beams, and provide an airy and comfortable space to relax! Bluestone countertops, and Vintage GE refrigerator from 1930's the cozy kitchen provides a spot to enjoy morning coffee☕️

Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Bird Brook Retreat is a functional studio space located in the quaint Village of Chittenango, home to the beautiful Chittenango Falls. This newly renovated space is conveniently located 20 minutes from Syracuse, 25 minutes from Turning Stone Casino and 3 minutes from YBR Casino. A good central location for the Syracuse area. Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on the second floor. The 1860 Suite is located on a scenic tree lined village street. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.

Spend a relaxing visit lakeside in our rustic little cottage on beautiful Song Lake. Our quaint little two bedroom cabin comes with all the comforts of home. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. Also great for skiing in the winter, with Song Mountain less than a mile away, and 2 other ski resorts nearby. Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.
