The property is a spacious two floored villa with a beautiful balcony and open veranda. The Villa consists of 4 fully furnished double bedrooms which are all en-suite. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The house comes with an inverter as well. The property is located in a prime location. less than 1km from Chingavanam centre, 8km to Kottayam centre and 9km to Changanacherry.
