Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and cute shops. A quick, ten-minute drive to Downtown Syracuse, Upstate University Hospital, and Syracuse University.

This brand new suite is truly in the middle of everything; situated between the Landmark and the War Memorial, a block from the Onondaga Courts, the Hotel Syracuse, across from the Galleries and TCG Player, a block from the Equitable Towers and 2 blocks from the Salt City Market and Syracuse.com. Other notable destinations include two blocks from the MOST and Armory Square and one mile to Syracuse University. The apartment has granite counters, tiled bathroom, washer & dryer and an office area.

Through a historic 14 foot door a place of beauty and serenity awaits. Once home to Gilded Age railroad men, this 2 br, 1.5 ba Maisonette has been reimagined with all the modern amenities one could wish for. A handsome entry foyer greets you. Just beyond, a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances is open to the oversized living room. A powder bath with fine finishes is tucked away while a sweeping staircase takes you to a marble spa bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms with city views.

Country Lodge: Hot Tub, Waterfalls, Pond, & Views

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. We look forward to you staying with us.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

The Orchard Overlook at Beak & Skiff

The Orchard Overlook is situated in the middle of our 1,000 acre apple orchard. This house truly has it all. Heated pool + new hot tub in addition to a gym, wood burning fire place, a fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect house to stay at to enjoy everything the country has to offer. Escape from it all, relax and enjoy special time. Or catch a show, go apple picking or enjoy a tasting at Apple Hill. The #1 apple orchard in the country is 3 minutes away!

Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.

Centrally located in the iconic Westcott Nation in Syracuse, NY. Park and enjoy! 2 blocks to a variety of restaurants, music venues, library, shopping and more! If you want to venture outside the neighborhood, No car, No problem. Easy walk to SU campus or we're right on the bus route. There's no lack of motorized bikes and scooters to get you to where you want to go also. This townhouse is updated, freshly painted, full of light and waiting for you!!! Hope to see you soon

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
