Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

My apartment is located 50m from the sea. It offers a terrace with a sea view, outside kitchen with a grill, and 2 parking places. The closest beach is 50m from the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area outside of the town, but still only 5 minutes walk to grocery and restaurants.

ESSENTIAL Airplane guests can have a car for 30euro a day. Pool is not included in the price. Big dog is not welcome. Kayak is 10 e per day.
