A lovely artist's apartment for 2 people (77m2, 5 rooms). Sunny, four fireplaces, books, piano, plants. Located between the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes), Invalides (15 minutes) and Montparnasse (15 minutes), very safe and quiet neighborhood, four metro lines (12, 6, 8, 10), several bus lines, many shops (fruit&veg, organic, international, regional cuisine, cheese&wine, bakeries, supermarkets), cafés, restaurants.  My friendly cat Truman lives in the apartment. I speak English, French, Russian.
