Μπροστά στο σπίτι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείων με προορισμό το κέντρο της πόλης, τα Κ.Τ.Ε.Λ, τον ΟΣΕ και άλλες περιοχές και συνεχής διελεύση οχημάτων Τaxi (uber), επίσης σε απόσταση 3 λεπτών τράπεζα και μηχάνημα ΑΤΜ.

Το ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2024 βρίσκεται στις Συκιές. Είναι ένα διαμπερές οροφοδιαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στο Δημαρχείο Συκεών. Απέχει περίπου 1.700 μ. από την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους και περίπου 600 μ. από το Τσινάρι. Σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ελεύθερο parking Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, Wifi, πλήρως λειτουργική κουζίνα και ανιχνευτή καπνού. Το διαμέρισμα αποτελεί την ιδανική επιλογή για ζευγάρια ή ταξιδιώτες που επιθυμούν έναν άνετο και λειτουργικό χώρο σε κοντινή απόσταση από την καρδιά της πόλης.

Kellys place consists of a big kitchen & living area both fully equipt, the bedroom is bright & has lots of storage space also has a double bed, WiFi & smart TV is available, we also have 24/7 hot water& heating system. To σπιτι μ εχει μια ανετη σαλοκουζινα πληρως εξοπλισμενη με ανετο καναπε γωνια(που γινεται κρεββατι κ μπορει να κοιμηθει ενας επισκεπτης),smart T.V κ WIFI.Η κρεβατοκαμαρα ειναι ευρυχωρη φωτεινη με διπλο κρεββατι,ντουλαπα, το μπανιο ειναι μεγαλο με ζεστο νερο συνεχεια.

Το κατάλυμα μας υπάγεται στον νόμο ΠΟΛ1187/2017 με θέμα (βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση ακινήτων) Μετά την πραγματοποίηση τις κράτησης σας θα σας ζητηθεί ο ΑΦΜ σας για την δήλωση τις διαμονής σας στην ΑΑΔΕ και μια φωτογραφία της ταυτότητας σας .
