With RVs on the front of the property and the occasional tent camper dispersed through out the acreage, you’ll enjoy time away from the crowds walking the mulched trail to the water or using the two kayaks provided for guest use. Beautiful house within walking distance (1.5 miles. 1.2 miles is walking over the causeway with protected paths on each side)to the sugary white sand of Navarre Beach, waves of the Navarre sound, many restaurants and more! You'll have the home to yourselves (office & master closet locked). Close to restaurants and shopping, modern décor, smart home, garage parking. Pool added in June 2024. Explore serene Navarre beach, and venture to Pensacola or Destin for shopping, the Gulfarium, or a stroll through historic downtown! That Purple Place is recently renovated, and is equip with new sofas (including a sleeper sofa) in the living room. The master has a king sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have one queen sized bed.
