Condo is on 12th floor, tower closest to the pier. - 1 bedroom with king size bed, cozy bunk area for kids, and gel foam mattress on fold-out sofa. Immaculate Regency end unit with incredible views!

Please note that, due to Airbnb's new policy, our rates are inclusive of all fees - 18% goes back to Airbnb in fees. We've gone to great lengths with extensive renovations to make our condo feel like a full 5-star experience! There are several things that set our unit apart from others, especially the incredible views in two directions! Add in beach chair service (March through October) and recent renovations, and you have one of the best beach vacation experiences imaginable!
