Year round home located on a unique lakeside country setting with a newly renovated bathroom. Over 2 acres of outside green space offering a park like experience to enjoy many recreational activities * please note this space is shared with family and another guest house. There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Amber Inn is within walking distance.

You won't forget the beauty and the peace of your time at the Hartstone on the Lake! Large glass doors and windows invite you to take in the stunning Otisco Lake views. This is a place where you can truly relax; enjoy coffee on the deck, visit a winery and the area, gather at the fire pit and make smores. While at the firepit take in a deep breath and experience the 180-degree view of the lake and watch the sun go down. Your day is not done- look toward the sky to see the stars come out!

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lakefront property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.
