Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Ausgestattung: Küche mit Essecke , 1 Schlafzimmer ( 3 Betten), Bad/WC (Badewanne), SAT-TV. , 1 Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus. Geschirrtücher , Handtücher , Bettwäsche und WC-Papier werden 1 x gestellt . Haustiere nicht erlaubt ! In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 abgesperrte Räume , die nur vom Eigentümer genutzt werden können .

Die Wohnung bietet 35qm in sonniger Lage mit Sonnenterrasse, welche gerne zum Entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.
