This apartment is a true find and good value! Less than a block from Eastern Market Metro on Capitol Hill, putting key tourist sites within easy reach. The Capitol is within a mile's walk. Just around the corner from the famous 8th Street SE restaurant row. Essential shops are nearby too. In an incredible location but set back from the road giving peace and quiet! This is a light, dry, clean, spacious, and fresh basement unit with private entrance and well equipped with every need provided for.

Spacious Apartment in Historic Townhouse

We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. If you need parking, please ask us for a free permit. Thank you!

1 bed 1 bath bright artsy basement unit with private rear (alley) entrance in colorful urban Anacostia neighborhood. Short term rental created to be your home away from home for however long you stay. Conveniently located 2 blocks to multiple bus stops, 1 mile from Anacostia Metro station, and a 10-minute ride to Downtown DC. Sleeps up to 5 but most optimal for 2 people. (Starting July 13, the space will only be available for up to 4 people as the yellow futon sofa will be removed.)
