Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

The Governess Suite at Lansdowne

Spacious two room apartment on second floor of 1853 dependency originally used as a school room and governess's private quarters. Completely renovated in 2017-2018, with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy sleeper sofa for socializing or extra guest. Bedroom has Queen bed, sitting area, and bath with marble tiled walk-in shower. Ceiling fans in both rooms and on large private gallery - great for morning coffee or tea, listening to birds, or watching fireflies in spring and summer.

Located on the grounds of the famed historical Holly Hedges estate, the history and charm of this property are undeniable.

The Law (Downstairs from “Above the Law”)

Former private residence, full of collections and personal charm. The apartment is on the ground floor and has easy access to the courtyard. The Master bedroom (king bed) connects to the front sitting area. The rear bedroom connects to the dining and rear sitting area. Both bedrooms are off a hall with the 1/2 bath and separate shower room. We charge NO additional cleaning fee. The building and furnishings has been used by several movies filmed productions filmed in Natchez.

The Bluff's on Canal Street

Enjoy everything Natchez when you stay in this beautiful, centrally located condo just one block from the Mighty Mississippi River. You are right around the corner from all of the delicious restaurants, fabulous shopping and historical sites that you will definitely want experience. Not to mention the Carriage Ride Tours located right in front of the condo waiting to take you on a scenic tour and show you the beauty of our special town. We can't wait to host you!

The Marx & Scarf

Located in the middle of historic downtown Natchez is this super stylish, spacious, and modern apartment only 3-4 blocks from the MS River. If comfort and convenience is important, look no further. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Come relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, apartment and enjoy everything Natchez has to offer. This is located on the second floor and is only accessible via stairs.

One of only a few places to stay with a view of the Mississippi River. Wonderful, comfortable apartment. Great location with two outstanding restaurant's and our famous Under the Hill Saloon, which is the oldest saloon on the Mississippi. This suite has a Queen Bed with beautiful bath and walk in shower, living room and kitchen. Enjoy Natchez sunsets on your large balcony facing the river.

2 Melinda’s Garden Apt

Garden Apt #2 is in a residential area close to downtown; near restaurants and shops. Private entrance around right side of house up driveway. You may park in driveway. Eight blocks to Bluff overlooking the Mighty Mississippi. Best access is down Main St. or St. Catherine (changes name to Jefferson after MLKing). Natchez is a great walking town. Enjoy your visit.
