I typically do not write reviews but I felt the urge to do it this time. This was an amazing experience. Alan was extremely communicative. I had no worries or concern. With flight delays we got in late and Alan made sure we had stuff available for in the morning. I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation for staying here. The house was incredible. If you are a music person or not, this is the place. It was extremely comfortable and easy to get down town. It is located 1.2 miles from Broadway. Even with road closures due to the Rock ‘n’ Roll marathon, we were able to get around. Thanks again for a great time. I highly recommend this place. We are booking it for next year!

A very great place in a great part of Nashville. Away from the major downtown bussle but in a great neighborhood of its own. Easy to explore the larger Nashville area. Place was really spacious and had everything we needed including a generous collection of snacks. A very large rooftop deck is available here as well which we would have used much more had the weather been a bit better. Candace and Freeman were great hosts and responded quickly to a few questions we had. Highly recommend this one.

-The owner is quick to respond. -Great location if using the Cordelle for an event. -Close to downtown. -The house is larger than it appears from the street and was very clean. -The entire property (house & parking) is secured with two locked gates. -The front porch is a nice sitting area with chairs and rockers. -The host left a nice Welcome Basket with snacks and bottled water. -The host provided coffee and filters for the coffee maker (no Keurig at the house as advertised). Per the owner, the Keurig broke and was replaced with a drip coffee pot. -Pets are allowed, but there is no grass on the property. The side and front yard is covered with flower and somewhat overgrown. The back yard is an asphalt parking area. -You have to go outside the locked gates to walk the dog. -Not the safest neighborhood. We did not wander far beyond the gated house after dark. -Several altercations did occur on the street while we were there. We had to call 911 one time due to it escalating

Great place to stay for a group! There was a lot of room and it was clean. It was also in a great location close to Broadway and Downtown.

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

We enjoyed our stay!! The house was close enough to the Nashville action while being in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is very spacious with great amenities. I loved the master bathroom. The yard is unique. Where I live, we don't see the stone walls like that.

Danika's place was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows, plenty of hangers and we loved Danika's recommendations for places to eat. We loved the history of the place and the original hardwood floors in the bedroom. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay.

We loved staying at Cindy’s place! She was a great host and had a map for us of downtown Nashville that was very helpful. It was great getting to bring the dogs, they especially loved the screened in porch and sat out there watching the birds most the day. It was very quaint, well decorated, peaceful and nice. There are quite a few restaurants nearby that were really good. It was very easy to uber into downtown and didn’t cost much either. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Bonnie's home is absolutely beautiful. It's a small but cozy two bedroom minutes away from Broadway (where all the action is). The location is perfect, very easy to get downtown but still in a peaceful area. The airbnb was very clean! It was a great stay!

It is always a pleasure staying at Charlotte's place. Its peaceful and has ample amenities for my needs while I'm working in the Nashville area and Charlotte is a fantastic host.

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Dreamweaver. Lisa was a great hostess and was very quick with responding. The location of the unit is about 4 blocks from Broadway with a safe walking route. The unit is one level up from the pool with the majority or the windows facing the pool and patio. The unit was very spacious and super clean. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds but are either queen or full size. The water pressure can be a little low at times but I would stay here over and over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience over all.

We had such a good time in Nashville and at Jill’s place. Can’t wait to return and make more memories. Will definitely rent again at Jill’s

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Absolutely perfect place to stay with easy access to Nashville hotspots while being away from the crowds. Easy to find with a peaceful, lovely backyard space. The interior is adorable and immaculate, perfectly stocked with attention to detail, I had absolutely anything I could need. Really grateful to have such accommodating and caring hosts.

Paula and her place were wonderful. I was in town for a work trip and it was a lovely stay. We’ll most certainly come again as the next opportunity presents itself.

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

Very welcoming and friendly host. Felt right at home. Room was spacious and comfortable. I slept very well. Nice private house in a safe and clean neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

This is my 2nd time staying with Helen. Coming back this time felt like coming to an old friend's house. The room I booked was exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway. Being able to have coffee on the back deck while enjoying the birds and cool breeze was a bonus! I would recommend this space to anyone who is visiting Nashville but wants to stay someplace away from the busy downtown area.

The house is super confortable and you feel so private. Nashville is not a really walkable city and buses are only riding around for some areas, so you should consider uber or renting a car. Though the Raymond and Shanon’s house is amazing! Is totally worthy

Amanda’s stone cottage was perfect for us. We were in town for a concert and she had the artist playing when we got there. The decor is lovely and curated. The amenities are just what we needed. I enjoyed being in a new part of Nashville. It was easy to get downtown and I’d love to have more time to explore the northeast part of town.

We had such a nice time there for the weekend, wish we could stayed a week! They were super friendly + helpful, as well as very responsive! Will definitely stay here again! Breakfast was nice too, many options! Just overall loved our stay here, peaceful, serene, awesome views, pretty quiet to be 20 mins from downtown Nashville! Highly recommended!!

Marie's place is top-notch; it is hands-down the best airbnb I've ever experienced. Her home is absolutely lovely as are the surrounding garden areas. Our space was so comfortable that we wished we would have had more time to just lounge in our rooms rather than go sightseeing. Seriously, every single detail has been considered. The bedrooms, common area, and bathroom were spotless and beautiful. We had every thing we needed for our stay: a hairdryer - yay!, an awesome coffee maker (with coffee!), microwave, refrigerator, and even soap/shampoo. My favorite detail was the bedroom linens. Our beds were fitted better than a hotel, with COTTON sheets and covers. In my experience most hosts use microfiber sheets which are hot and chemical-laden, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Marie clearly cares for her guests' comfort. Both she and her husband were friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants and local points of interest. I hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!
