This homestay hosted by Jitender Ji and his team is just an amazing place to stay in Shimla. Situated in a peaceful surrounding of Badash village, this place is a pure bliss. The response of the team is as best as it can be and they are readily available for any help which is needed. The food served by them will give you an exactly homelike feel as its so tasty and soulful. All in all this is a great place to stay and is highly recommended. Aakarshan Homes, a very beautiful and approachable home in the hills cared with spotless rooms with clean bedding and hygienic bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, lovely balconies with picturesque views and food home delivered from the restaurants serving local Himachal cuisine. At the outset, Host Gaurav was extremely helpful, made swift response to our reservation request and made an extra effort to make us feel at home. It is also helpful to mention that this place is at a walkable distance from The Mall Road and convenient for all the local attractions. We were completely recharged with this lovely staycation and would definitely come back to Aakarshan Homes. Strongly recommended for big groups with as many as 8 guests. Great place to stay,homely and peaceful stay with fully equipped amenities in the home. caretaker was a great host,made sure to be on toes all the time.Highly reommeded esp when you are going with your full family. Happy staying!!

Very beautiful view and location. The rooms were all good with all facilities and very clean washrooms at very affordable prices. The property has a big parking space which is difficult to find in Shimla. Food is very tasty. Positive vibes. Good place to stay in Shimla with friends or family. Lastly the staff and owner Shantam provides you excellent service takes care of all your needs providing you taxi and will guide you for sightseeing’s of Shimla.

Chetan ji is great host and make sure all arrangements are in order. Food is great and gives feel of home food. Thanks to his wife. Location of property is excellent. We enjoyed lot during our stay and highly recommend to others. House is very nicely built to have lot of common areas to sit and enjoy.

During our stay , swadesh ji was very humble and nice , always keen to felt us like home , very beautiful stay , very tasty hygienic food , definitely wanted to stay again , recommended for everyone who wants to spend peaceful quality stay !!!

The place is beautiful, next to karyali ground, don’t use g-maps directions, stay on highway to get to the house for a smooth ride. Caretaker staff was very accommodating and helpful.

One of the best Airbnbs of all times! The location is great and approachable. The views are a great mix of forest, valley, orchard and hills. The property is clean and well planned. The appliances are new and the furniture and beds are comfortable. The food was simple, home cooked and we also tried local Himachali food with oh so delicious desi ghee. Above all the host(s) are amazing. Right from the time of booking Sachin was jn touch with us and guided us properly. As soon as we arrived we felt at home in this beautiful an and practically designed abode. The entire family was lovely and ever so welcoming. Sachin and his wife Parul were the perfect companions and guides through local attractions. They took us for cherry and apricot picking, showed us around the village, took us for a picnic at the lake and also took us to a local fair which was so much fun. They were really responsive and accommodating. We got to see and be a part of HP culture too. We will definitely go back soon.

Had an amazing stay in here! The place is super serene, surrounded by hills and pine trees—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The property was beautifully done and felt really cozy. Anshul, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The food was like comforting home-cooked meals—simple and delicious. We had a great time as a family and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to relax in the lap of nature.

It was an amazing experience one of the best homestay. The best part was the caretaker Mr ram and his family. They made us absolutely comfortable and also maintained proper privacy. Loved the stay and will definitely come back.

😀 - The complete experience of the stay is awesome...The staff of Anand mai retreat helped us get to the property.The property itself is very nicely located, overlooking the ranges and has a great vibe to it. It's very well laid out with well.appointed rooms and a great staff! The property gets the morning sun and has nice lawns to enjoy the outdoors. The cook at the property, is excellent with the menu. The food is good and very well cooked. All other details are taken care of asper requirement. 😊

An extremely wonderful, peaceful.and welcoming stay with Vashisht and his family. Both aunty and uncle treated us like their own and went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable. The food was so tasty, homely - Simple but yummy! Thank you for having g us and we look forward to visiting again! The place is also extremely beautiful with a great view of the mountains and snow capped peaks on a clear morning. Overall a 5-star experience
