Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

We provide two kayaks & paddles to add an adventure to your stay. There are also games & puzzles for your group to make memories together!

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot by the Maumee River. You can fish, kayak, have a cozy fire, or grill out. Located right beside a city park. Two blocks from the Lumberyard Winery. Three blocks from downtown sports bars and restaurants. Great Mexican restaurant called "Azul's just down the road from the cottage. Quite setting to unwind and relax . We are not handicap capable, sorry!
