This house has central Air conditioning! 1BR top floor suite is in the perfect location! Right across the street from The Velodrome, The Space and Science Centre, skating rink and spray park. Close to downtown and on a major bus route. Just a 10 minute drive from WEM, and minutes from Patricia Campus. The suite does not have a full kitchen. There is a small fridge and a wonder oven and microwave as well a 55” TV with futon as well as a big bedroom and everything else you need for a perfect stay

Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

Renovated in 2026! This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Let us know if your furry friend is coming so that we can prepare for their arrival.
