Till now, like most outsiders, I used to call it बीर but glad that I went to Bir and to Samir's High on Bir, to finally call it right, बीड़ ❤️ Samir's place: very neat, thoughtful & minimalistic. Has almost everything that one would need for a good stay - beddings, interior, kitchen essentials, views, serenity, really walkable cafes, ur own chai corner in the balcony. Overall Maza aa gaya. And fell in love with Bir, may it remain less touristy as it is!!

Es ist ein wirklich ein sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Air bnb. Verschiedene Töpfereien befinden sich fußläufig direkt in der Umgebung, ein Café liegt auch ganz in der Nähe, ein romantischer Garten voll Vogelgezwitscher lädt zum Chillen ein - und auf Wunsch kocht Anju für einen indische Leckereien. Navjot war super aufmerksam, und fragte nach, ob auch alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit sei. Für einen super Aufenthalt empfehle ich das obere rechte Zimmer, das geräumig ist und einen direkten Zugang zu Bad - mit Badewanne!- und Balkon hat.

It was really a blissful experience at Mansi’s bnb ! Couldn’t ask more .. the place is surrounded by beautiful views and the bnb itself is nicely maintained!! Mansi is really very supportive, approachable and friendly! She will help you out with sightseeing as well cute cafés ! It’s a perfect place to be !! Would surely love to visit her bnb again and would recommend her well enough for others to have an experience of peace, fun and tranquility! :)

Great place to stay for a peaceful time. Ashish is a fantastic host and always responds promptly. He also recommended some cafes and local cuisine places too which turned out to be great :)

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Vikas Bro & his wonderful family truly make you feel like one of their own. Atithi isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience wrapped in warmth, love, & genuine hospitality. The peace this place offers is unmatched, and the home-cooked meals from their kitchen? Pure soul food. I keep coming back, not just for the comfort but for the emotional connect this place builds. It’s my go-to sanctuary in Bir. If you're looking for authenticity, serenity, & kindness, this is the #1 place to stay. Pro Tip: VK bro is always available (5ish in the morning as well) to bail you out if the neighborhood noise/snores are hampering your peace 😁 Thank you, Vikas Bro, Indu Bhabhi & Family, for making Atithi feel like home & beyond.

The surrounding area of the property was peaceful and calm 🙂‍↕️the one thing i really love about that place is their bell camp🏞 I mean the view outside as well as inside The peaceful sound of river The location was easy to access. The camp was comfortable and spacious with all amenities. The cleanliness was up to the mark and the facilities were good. The food was good but the best part is POHA i mean i love their poha rich in flavors🤤 Trust me order one cup of tea and enjoy having it while watching the amazing nature One of best experience in my life With bonfire at night, watching the stars and listening to music is a different kind of experience Usually I don't write reviews but I enjoyed it so much there that I couldn't resist sharing my experience. Palampur is quite underrated as a place. In addition to the attractions publicly known ( gorgeous views of the snow capped mountains, tea gardens, Andretta pottery etc ), its a nice place to relax and unwind. The hosts Maneesh and Anuradha , their two kids and uncle ( Maneesh’s father) are a lovely family - simple / unassuming and caring. Maneesh will guide you with the routes into / out of / within Palampur and even, his schedule permitting, take your around Palampur, while Anuradha is a fantastic hostess who will treat you to excellent home cooked food. They are extremely friendly, warm and always smiling. They have two adorable kids who will make your heart melt. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to everyone. Goes without saying, will definitely stay here , as and when my travels bring me back to this part of Himachal.
