Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A fully renovated bungalow on a double lot w/50' of lake frontage and expansive views of water, sky & nature. There's also a seasonal bunkhouse in back. Together the 2 dwellings sleep 7 people. During warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private beach w/dock on the property. The Loon's Nest is a very dog-welcoming place. Yards are not fenced, but we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

This two bedroom, two bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining room condo is steps away from all the best sights and sounds Grand Haven has to offer. In summer explore the farmer's market, enjoy lunch in the social district, and check out the festivals before finishing with the musical fountain. Head a little further along the lakeshore to swim in the lake and catch some rays. In winter cozy up at coffee shops or head down the ski hill blocks away at the YMCA.

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.
