S'Alzinar Villa en Pollença/ Sa Pobla

Villa S'alzinar is full of character, with a large private infinity pool and wooden sun deck. The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls. The villa sits just outside of Sa Pobla which has a few restaurants and shops, plus a popular market. It's only a short drive into Alcudia and Pollensa which are filled with both modern and traditional restaurants and shops.

The 220m2 house is divided as follows: 1 bedroom, dressing room with sofa bed and 1 shower room are on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (17 steps). The remaining rooms are located on the ground floor.
